What is the attire?
In support of our #ErasetheStigma initiative, we are asking guests to wear All-White Business Casual Attire. White Jeans + White Converse shoes are permitted.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
No, only pre-sale tickets available for purchase until Friday, September 7th, at 11:59 pm PST.
Are tables available for purchase? If so, how do I purchase?
Yes, tables are available for purchase and subject to availability. Please contact our events department directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is included with my ticket?
A 3-course luncheon w/ 2-hour hosted bar. (VIP ticket holders receive a gift bag and premium seating)
I have special dietary needs. Are there vegetarian meal options?
Yes, please submit any allergies, special dietary needs or vegetarian dish request to email@example.com at least (14) days prior to the event. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Yes, you must present your government or state issued ID to check-in at the event.
All event attendees must 18+. No exceptions.
How do I check in at the event?
Guest names will be held at check-in. Please check in with a staff/volunteer by your first + last name.
What is the refund policy?
All tickets or donations are non-refundable. Tickets are transferable. All ticket transfer request must be submitted in writing (14) days prior to the event.
Is my ticket purchase tax-deductible?
Yes, a portion of your ticket is tax-deductible. An acknowledgment letter will be sent to you listing the fair market value of your purchase upon request. Please retain this letter for your records.
Where will I park?
The closest parking structure is located next door. It is a Los Angeles City-owned structure located at 1627 N. Vine Street, Hollywood, CA 90028. Parking is $12/day per vehicle.
